The Company as of now, sees to it that there is a contract duly executed between

The Employer or the Ship Owner and the Company as their recruiting agent (Manning Agreement),
The Employer or the Ship Owner and the Seafarer (Contract of Employment)
There is valid P&I covering Seafarers.

The Company AESTHETIC SHIP MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. to the extent possible in dealing with the seafarers, ensures that it does their Mediclaim, Accidental Insurance and Term Insurance, before deputing them on board ships. Besides P&I from the Owner Company is there. This is to safe guard their interest at my company level.
